1. Night: PURIFICATION
Cleanse your space (or family home) with sacred herbs, light a candle and talk or journal about what energies want to be composted to fuel the new!
I will be your ritual guide throughout the 12 sacred nights with short and sweet daily practices, specific questions to guide you through personal introspection and suggestions for herbs and maybe a song here and there. To open your perception about what’s happened in the old year and what’s to come in the new and how to embrace the present.
Each night has a different flavour, and energetic imprint and topic to reflect back on. You can take 5 minutes to an hour depending on your circumstances, alone or in company. Its a wonderful way to reflect with your family and engage in deep conversation with your partner or friends.
These emails will be sent in the evening before the specific night of dreaming, so that you have the theme and practices throughout the following day, no matter if you choose to perform your ritual in the morning or evening. You don´t need to start on a specific date, it is the daily devotion that counts.
Don´t worry if you dont find the time to open each email, simply read the title for daily themes and ponder those throughout you day or use as a dream intention before going to sleep.

THE FIRST NIGHT
Start by tidying your space and cleansing yourself.
Open your window, take a salt bath, clear your altar and create a space where you can land each day/night to perform your rituals and divination.
Prepare a journal, incense burner, matches, a candle and optional tools such as tarot cards.
Reflect for a moment:
What blocks your energy, what drains you?
Watch it disperse and transform in the smoke of the.burning herbs or incense stick.
Suggested incense:
Frankincense, Myrrh, Mint, Rosemary

You can start the sacred nights whenever it suits you and you don't have to doggedly try to do a ritual every day! However, I do recommend that you take at least 5 minutes every day to connect with yourself - especially during family vacations. Not only will it benefit your stress regulation and create space for magic, but it's also a gift to those around you if you are a calm presence and lead by example to celebrate this season of love and togetherness.
