The Onion Oracle
To find out what the weather will be like next year!
Cut a large onion in half lengthwise on one of the sacred nights. New Year's Eve is particularly suitable for this; simply because there is plenty of time until midnight on this evening, which can be wonderfully filled with entertainment and fun divination for family and friends.
Take six small cups from each onion half, making a total of twelve onion “boats”. Place them in a row on a board and sprinkle a teaspoon of salt over each one. In order, the first onion piece represents January, the second February and so on. Write each number on a separate piece of paper next to the corresponding onion boat.
The next morning, check which onion sockets have wet salt. Depending on the condition of the salt in the pots, you can expect wet, damp or dry weather in the corresponding months.
If the salt is damp, the month will be wet. If there is water in the onion skin and the salt has completely dissolved, it will be a very wet month. If the onion skin is dry, you can expect a dry month.
Keep a record of the individual onion skins and months for a whole year. This will have the wonderful side effect of having consciously engaged with nature, the changing weather and the seasons. And last but not least, it is the personal intuition that makes the cell phone weather app superfluous and finally broadens your view of the sky again.
Of course, this is not a reliable weather forecast and, like all oracles, the onion oracle is also subject to a good deal of coincidence and skilled interpretation.

These emails will be sent in the evening before the specific night of dreaming, so that you have the theme and practices throughout the following day, no matter if you choose to perform your ritual in the morning or evening. You don´t need to start on a specific date, it is the daily devotion that counts.
Don´t worry if you dont find the time to open each email, simply read the title for daily themes and ponder those throughout you day or use as a dream intention before going to sleep.

You can start the sacred nights whenever it suits you and you don't have to doggedly try to do a ritual every day!
