Oh I am so excited to read more of your posts! I love that you bring the mythology piece together with real life stuff... that makes it feel so much more accessible... your move sounds like the perfect step towards your dream home... and sometimes receiving support from the universe looks different to what we think doesn’t it? Sounds like being held by family in this ‘in between’ space is ideal. Your retreat sounds magical... as someone who has very Celtic roots, but having not fully found the right resources to sink into them, I’m very intrigued! Xx

Oh Lauren, it is so wonderful to hear that you are aware of your (very, loved that adding) Celtic roots!! This is part of why I believe work and writing is important because it truly connects us to our roots, especially in our western culture in which we might have concluded to not have any rich, traditional lineage or spirituality and belonging before Christianity. When actually even the early Christians joined the celtic cultures. And though this seems so far back, I truly believe the relevance for us today. As when we feel the belonging to our lands and home, we take responsibility for our environment and ourselves, resulting in sovereignty 🤍

Beautiful insights, Laura. I wanted to add that my husband, daughter and I currently live in a guesthouse on my parents property, literally steps away from them, and while it sometimes feels like five steps backwards (and can be a bit stifling), it’s also been really freeing to have the space to save money without stress and the support with raising our daughter so we can find what we truly love. I really hope this move gives you that spaciousness so you can dream freely!

Thank you Hunter for sharing your situation. I relaxed immediately. It’s very helpful that there are other families with similar „back steps“ which actually doesn’t make its back step anymore but simply a necessary one towards whatever else wants to unfold. Through this I actually made a decision to go abroad for the beginning of next year and take the time at family to prepare!

I'm really glad! I have definitely felt like a "failure" or "moving backwards" at times, but also try to remember how grateful I am that I have family members who can support us in this way. That's SO exciting you're going abroad next year!!! Where exactly are you heading to?

I am so happy I found you in that group this morning! Your post speaks to me in so many ways.. when we had to leave CA we had to accept living with family, we were very fortunate to have our own “home” within a home w/ set up but it still can feel defeating at times, when you have these other visions or feel your life *should* be a different way in this moment. Everything is divinely timed though, and I could go on w/ my experience with this and how it all had to be this way for our situation, I will just say, that things do manifest in ways we might not expect. As you said you needed the rest and mental space, sometimes that is more important than that dream house, and is what is crucial to getting you to that next step.

And co-creation is the *KEY* I’ve been on both sides relying too much on myself or giving it all over to God. But the truth is you need to do your part as you have faith and follow the divine guidance (aka higher-self //intuition). It is also not always easy ha!

Very much look forward to more of your posts and how you tie in all of the mythology.. you speak to my soul mama! 🤍🤍

Amazing Jennifer, so grateful to read that you are resonating so much!!! Isn’t it funny the way we are in our head and own world, it makes me sometimes doubt others can relate and always that leaning into the edge brings the connections to the surface!
