This is exactly what I am finding comfort in this winter as I deep dive into the grandmothers in my family tree to learn more about them and the times they lived through.
That is such a special task for this time! I just started the sacred roots course with Jenna Newell Hiott and hope to deepen my connection with particularly my grandmother who died last year.
Wow that sounds awesome! How are you liking it so far? So sorry for your loss of your grandmother. Mine both died in the late 90s and I still think about them every single day.
Oh wow, that must be a strong connection you have! I really find her work so helpful and good to follow, although it takes me time with a toddler at home and lots of projects to create a ritual routine. But Jenna makes it feel easy to connect in and I hope to foster a stronger connection with my ancestry (and spirit guides) and trust it more over time.

Childless old cat lady here so at this point in my life I have plenty of time. Cycles and phases — time availability comes and goes.
